National Identity Card Terms of Service

Introduction
1.1 This Terms and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Kaharagian National Identity Card (“Card”) issued by the Principality of Kaharagia (“Kaharagia”). By accepting and using the Card, you, the cardholder (“Cardholder”), agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Ownership and Use of Card
2.1 The Card remains the property of Kaharagia and must be surrendered to any authorized representative of Kaharagia upon request. Failure to surrender the Card when requested may result in penalties or legal action.

2.2 The Cardholder is solely responsible for the use and safekeeping of the Card. The Cardholder must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use, loss, theft, or damage to the Card.

2.3 The Cardholder agrees not to use the Card for any illegal, fraudulent, or nefarious purposes. Any unauthorized or improper use of the Card may result in penalties, cancellation of the Card, and/or legal action.

Card Expiration and Renewal
3.1 The Card is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified on the Card or terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

3.2 The Cardholder is responsible for renewing their Card before its expiration. The renewal process must be completed in accordance with the procedures and requirements established by Kaharagia, which may be subject to change.

3.3 Failure to renew the Card prior to its expiration may result in penalties, suspension of access to Kaharagian services, and/or legal action.

Updates to Personal Information
4.1 The Cardholder is responsible for promptly updating any changes to their personal information associated with the Card, in accordance with the procedures established by Kaharagia. Failure to keep personal information up-to-date may result in penalties or suspension of access to Kaharagian services.

Limitation of Liability
4.1 Kaharagia shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the Cardholder’s use or misuse of the Card, except as required by applicable law. The Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kaharagia from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Cardholder’s breach of this Agreement or any unauthorized use of the Card.

Amendments to the Agreement
5.1 Kaharagia reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be communicated to the Cardholder and will be effective upon the Cardholder’s receipt of the updated Agreement. Continued use of the Card following receipt of the updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the changes.
