Common Questions
How long does the petition process take?
The review process typically takes several weeks, though this can vary depending on the volume of petitions. You will be notified of any updates through your ePortal account.
Does Kaharagian nationality affect my existing nationality?
The Principality of Kaharagia does not require renunciation of other nationalities. However, you should check the laws of your country of nationality, as some nations have restrictions on holding multiple nationalities.
What documents will I receive?
Successful petitioners receive an official Certificate of Nationality. Additional documents such as identity cards may be applied for separately through the ePortal.
Can my family members also become Kaharagian?
Children who have not reached their eighteenth birthday automatically become Kaharagian nationals upon the successful petition and naturalisation of their parent. Adult family members must submit their own petition, though existing family connections to Kaharagia may be considered favourably.
What if my petition is not successful?
Not all petitions are approved. If your petition is declined, you may receive feedback on areas for improvement and may petition again after a reasonable period.
